Movement classes for the elderly are being broadcast every day to help people remain fit and improve muscle strength and mobility while they are confined to their homes. These 10-minute movement classes are aired on TVM 2 at 10am and 6pm as part of a TeleHealth Physio Project launched by the Health Ministry through the Director-General Clarence Pace, in collaboration with the Malta Association of Physiotherapists.
A variety of live-streamed exercise classes every day, including classes for over 70s. These will run every day, 7 days a week. I have asked for a nominal contribution from those in a position to help. I have pledged that any revenue I make above my living expenses I will give to relief charities.
